Evacuation chairs
An Evacuation Chair is a chair designed to be used to transport individuals down the stairs during an evacuation. The track system glides down the stairs easily and smoothly to ensure no heavy lifting or manual handling is required. We have a five year warranty on all our evacuation chairs and equipment.

TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE
It's important to know that simply owning evacuation equipment does not mean you are fully compliant with fire safety regulations. It is essential there are suitable and sufficient evacuation procedures in place, you have fully trained operators onsite, and the evacuation equipment is maintained.
When we first deliver Globex evacuation equipment, we can provide a hands on demonstration of the equipment. Additionally we provide our certificated trainer and operator training courses which provide attendees with the necessary knowledge and ability to operate evacuation equipment correctly, in accordance with NZ Fire and Safety (FENZ) regulations.
We also provide speakers at seminars and events to raise awareness of the need for a safe evacuation for all users of buildings.
To ensure you meet health and safety requirements, we provide ongoing certificated maintenance checks of all types and makes of evacuation equipment, and further training courses as required. Our compliance packages provide peace of mind that clients are meeting their statutory obligations at discounted fixed prices for 3-5 years, and this package also adds additional years to our 5 year warranty on all our evacuation chairs.
